Greatest Super Bowls
...There have been a number of great games over the years which makes finding one of the greatest super bowls out of this list a difficult task. Over the nearly 40 year history of this big game there have been a number of blowouts, but the close ones have given us something to remember for years to come.
5. Super Bowl XXIII (1989, 49ers 20, Bengals 16)
This was San Fran's 3rd Super Bowl of the 80s and was won in thrilling fashion. The 49ers led in net yards 452 to 229 but still was down 16-13 after Jim Breech kicked a 40-yard field goal with a little over three minutes remaining.
In comes joe Montana, driving 92 yards and ending with a 10 yard TD pass to John Taylor with 34 seconds left.
Rice was named the Super Bowl MVP after gaining a Super Bowl record 215 yards on 11 catches. Montana had a Super Bowl record 357 yards passing.
4. Super Bowl XXV (1991, Giants 20, Bills 19)
The Giants won their 2nd Super Bowl in 5 years by controlling the ball for 40 minutes in this game. The Bills scored 95 points in their two other playoff games that year, but only had their offense on the field for 8 minutes in the 2nd half.

February. 7-month old Mary-Kate and Ashley went to the first interview to get the role of Michelle Tanner in the serial "Full House".September. "Full House" is started to shoot in Los-Angeles. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen started to act the role of Michelle Tanner in the serial that soon should have appeared on ABC channel. Interesting fact; Mary-Kate played funny scenes and Ashley played more serious.
1992
June. Mary-Kate and Ashley played in their first movie "To Grandmother's House We Go".
Interesting fact; While the film was shooting in Canada Mary-Kate has gone a horse-riding for the first time and became a fan of this sport. September. Ashley lost her first milk-tooth and four month later Mary-Kate lost her too.
1993
April. Mary-Kate and Ashley released their first music video "Our first video".
November. An investigation agency "Olsen and Olsen" was opened! Mary-Kate and Ashley played private detectives and laid bare the truth as "The Trench coat Twins" in new serial "The Adventures of Mary-Kate & Ashley". At the time the first series of their book was published.

While we wait the couple of weeks before the Super Bowl, we can chat about how Pittsburgh and Seattle taught everybody else how to play football.
Do you watch March Madness? The team that ends up with the trophy is the one that has the endurance. Some years ago, Utah was in the final game. They pooped out before the end of the first half to my utter disappointment having spent 8 years of my life at the university of Utah.
March Madness, of course is basketball. Football is the more rugged game which would have been explained and described by Charles Darwin if it were invented in his day. However, American football came from Rugby. Thats the game where all the players have had their teeth knocked out but still love the game. Only the most fit survive.
I loved football when I was a kid. My mother would not let me put on the high school football uniform with all of the pads, helmet, and other protective devices. Because of that, those of us non-players went to the church grounds and played on the lawn without any uniforms with the safety gear. Our seaso...more
