Yoga Solutions for Managing Anxiety, Stress, and Negativity

If a friend or family member is feeling a little down, once in a while, thats acceptable, but you should try to make this person aware of the opportunities that exist within lifes tougher situations. Many people do not see opportunities, or see themselves correctly, and you might help this person see the good in life.

However, if your friend or family member is constantly negative, you will have your work cut out for you. People who are constantly negative tend to drag groups of people down, with them. How often have you seen one negative person do this to a family, a department, an organization, or a small business?

Worse yet, a chronically negative person may not even realize that he or she is always the bearer of bad news or the carrier of a cloud of doom. No matter how hard you try, this person must be able to see reality and want to change.

...Yoga in a different light. She replied "Not likely," and walked away from me. Though she said it wasn't personal, I took it so.

I really thought hard about all the things I wanted to say, but found that everything I wanted to say had a negative tone. I told this person, as she walked away that I was not going to argue with her because I saw no point in it.

I felt hurt by her attitude, what can be said to people like this? What can I do to let it "roll off of me?" Can you respond in love and still get the point across?

Nurses is one profession who are susceptible in getting low back pain under their daily activity,need also to be more aware of taking care of themselves with exercise to re-balance their bodies. Even just a minutes a day of Yoga is great for this.

What would be good, is that employers allow their nurses one hour a week in house to exercise and address the 'pain' whether shoulder or back with yoga classes.

Our healthcare system is really messed up. Of 47 nursing staff at an acute care hospital, the reported occurrence of some form of back pain during their career was found to be 80.

As the number of manual handling injuries in carers and nurses continues to be very high, the problem of how to prevent injury has not been solved.
